January 2006 saw the completion of first phase electrical and lighting installation for a fashion house and gallery space in Shoreditch.
Working in conjunction with the client and interior designers. Davmark selected and implemented surface fitted units. The designer lighting solution includes: advanced fluorescent lights (with movement sensors) for office and rest areas; and Italian track lighting for the display areas. The office area luminaires individually switch off after a period, if nobody is in the area and turn back on as soon anyone gets near.
Compact multiple function devices are used for the life safety systems. They connect via an integrated LonWorks system. These units not only contain the various sensors but also include alarm sounders and emergency lighting. A further feature is that the approach allows for further development and integration as and when the client sees fit.
